LDY series of horizontal ribbon mixer
Horizontal ribbon mixer is composed of U-shaped containers, ribbon mixing blades and transmission parts; Spiral strip blades is generally made of double layer or three layer, the outer spiral shall collect the material from two side to the central, inner spiral will transport the material from central to both sides, forming convective mixing. Ribbon mixer has a good effect for viscous or cohesive powder granule mixing and the powder and granule that is added with the mixture of liquid and paste material. The drum cover can be made to full open so that the cleaning of equipment and products replacement is convenient.
This equipment can be installed with humidification system device and gas protection device according to the customer’s request.
